Customer Hire Check List
Customers wishing to hire a trailer please note our policies of hire
1 Drivers Licence with photo card that confirms id and address
2 Utility bill that confirms name and address
3 Acceptable id warrant card, passports are NOT ACCEPTABLE
4 Employer's name and phone number.
5 Upon hire of the trailer you will be charged £100 deposit, the cost of hire for the duration required + insurance for duration required
£100 cash returnable deposit this will be refunded once the trailer is returned, providing the trailer is in the same condition in which it was hired out.
If the Trailer is returned in a Dirty Condition there will be a £25 charge for cleaning which will be deducted from the refundable deposit.
Driving Licence with B E category, 2 current utility bills and warrant card required.
Should you book your trailer and arrive without the appropriate documentation we would unfortunately have to refuse hiring of the trailer until said documentation is presented.
